Annual Parent Involvement Conferences

The Florida PIRC at USF co-sponsors and actively participates in several statewide and regional conferences related to parental involvement in education.

What is the Region IV for Parent Involvement Conference?

Region IV of Florida (which includes thirteen districts) hosts an annual Parent Involvement conference for parents and educators (early childhood through grade 12) throughout the state. This one day conference is usually held in either in Tampa or St. Petersburg. The goal of the conference is to bring parents and educators together to learn about successful practices and current information for building and improving parent involvement programs.

A wide variety of breakout sessions is offered in order to meet the needs of the participants. A luncheon is held followed by a keynote speaker. There is a registration fee for this event. Click here for date and location of next conference.
